IPTV App Login Error: Checking Your Own Account Details
If your IPTV app rejects the login details for your own account, check your provider's details, app settings, account status, and how to contact support.

What a Login Error Usually Means
A login error means the server did not accept the details the app sent. In most cases the mismatch is between what was entered and what your provider issued for your account, or between the login type the app expects and the one you selected. This guide covers your own account only, using the details your provider gave you.
Compare the Details With Your Provider's Message
Open the message your provider sent when you signed up, and compare it with what you entered, one field at a time. Check capital letters, numbers that look like letters, and any space added at the start or end of a field. If you copied the details, retype them by hand, since pasting can add hidden characters.
If your provider gave you a server address or a playlist link, check that it is complete. A missing part of the address causes the same error as a wrong password.
Check the App and Device Configuration
Some apps ask for a playlist link, while others ask for a username, password, and server address. If the app is set to the wrong login type, correct details will still be rejected. Choose the option that matches your provider's instructions, then update the app to its latest version and try again on the same device.
Check Whether the Service Is Active
If the details match exactly, the account may be expired, inactive, or restricted. Check your renewal date and any notice from your provider. If the service ended, the next step is renewal, not a different login. For this case, read My IPTV Subscription Stopped Working.
Contact Your Provider Through Their Support Channels
If the details and account status are correct and the error continues, contact your provider through the support channel listed on their official website or in your account. Give them the device type, the app name and version, and the time of the attempt. Do not share your login details in public forums or with anyone who offers to fix the problem for you.
Be cautious of messages that ask for your login details, even when they appear to come from a provider. For the warning signs, see How to Spot an IPTV Scam.
