In VLC: Media → Open Network Stream, then paste your M3U URL. In a dedicated app, enter your credentials directly.

Most players let you save the playlist so you don't need to re-enter the URL each session.
Configuration information
VLC only needs your M3U playlist URL — it doesn't support EPG browsing. A dedicated IPTV app will typically want both the playlist and, if supplied, a separate EPG/XMLTV URL.
Common issues
VLC shows a blank screen
Re-check the M3U URL was pasted in full, with no line breaks introduced by copy-paste.
No program guide in VLC
VLC is a basic media player without EPG support — use a dedicated IPTV app if browsing by guide matters to you.
