My IPTV Subscription Stopped Working: What to Check
If your IPTV service stopped working, check your renewal date, payment confirmation, and provider messages before blaming the app.

Check the Account Before the App
When a service that worked stops working for everyone on your device, the account status is one of the first things to check. A subscription can end because the renewal date passed, because a payment was not completed, or because the account was closed. An app reinstall will not fix any of these.
Confirm Your Renewal and Payment
Look for your payment confirmation and the renewal date in your email or account area. Check that the payment was completed and that the amount and currency match what you agreed to. If a payment failed, your bank or card provider can often tell you why.
Be careful with messages asking you to renew through an unfamiliar link. Renew through the provider's website or through the app you already use, and check the sender before you enter any details.
Check Your Provider's Messages
Search your inbox for messages from your provider, including any that may have gone to spam. Notices about renewals, account changes, or suspension are usually sent by email. If there is no message at all, that is still useful information when you contact support.
What to Do Next
Contact your provider with your account details, the date the service stopped, and any payment reference you have. If the subscription ended and you believe it was a mistake, ask them to explain what happened before you pay again. If you bought through a trial or a short plan, check the terms that were shown at purchase, including the refund conditions, in the refund policy.
If you cannot confirm who you are paying or the payment page looks unfamiliar, stop and read How to Spot an IPTV Scam before paying anything.
